From managing the timeline and vendors to handling unexpected surprises, my goal is to provide you with peace of mind and the freedom to enjoy every smile, dance, and heartfelt toast. Let me take care of the logistics while you create beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.

This package includes the following services:

Initial consultation and on-site/virtual meetings (6–8 weeks prior to the wedding)
Unlimited communication (phone, email, text) from contract signing through the wedding day
Creation, review, and management of a detailed wedding day timeline and itinerary
Communication, confirmation, and coordination with all vendors before and on the wedding day
On-site coordination and supervision of ceremony and reception, including setup and tear-down of personal décor items
Greeting and directing guests, managing seating arrangements, and providing information throughout the event
During the ceremony, cueing the wedding party, musicians, and officiant; managing processional and recessional order
During the reception, guiding the schedule for speeches, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, and other key moments
Ensuring all vendors (florists, caterers, photographers, etc.) are set up according to plan and on schedule
Keeping track of personal items left behind by guests or the couple, and arranging for their return
Acting as the point of contact for all questions and concerns so the couple and their families can relax
At the end of the night, overseeing the packing up of décor, leftover food, and personal items; ensuring rentals are returned and the venue is left in good order.
